The Difference Crushed Grains can make in your diet - June 13th

Our Fathers Foods are
back by popular demand!
Join us for this event!
Tuesday, June 13th at 7pm
Join us for this event on Tuesday, June 13th to hear about this patented grain crushing process, how to incorporate these healhy grains into your diet and why you should make the switch.
From Our Fathers Foods website: Research shows that healthful diets rich in whole grain foods are helpful in reducing the risks of heart disease, certain types of cancer, and type II diabetes, and may also help in weight management. When a grain is refined, most of the bran and some of the germ is removed, resulting in losses of fiber, B vitamins, vitamin E, trace mineral, unsaturated fat, and about 75 percent of the phytochemicals. Compared to refined grains, most whole grains provide more protein, fiber and other traditional nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, and potassium, in addition to many phytochemicals. By crushing the grains, the cells remain whole and the natural nutrition is retained, unlike refined grains where nutrition is replaced with chemicals.
Mother’s Day Make ‘n’ Take Event!
Pink Himalayan sea salt, Epsom salt, baking soda, a selection of essential oils, a jar, lid and label that you can customize will be provided.
Prices to be determined.
Bring your mom or a friend for this fun event! Let us know how many will attend so we can have the right amount of ingredients. See you soon!
