Maple Butterscotch Brownies

Prep: 15 min Bake: 30 min+cooling Makes: 16 brownies
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 C Our Fathers Foods Crushed Wheat 1
- 1 t baking powder
- 1-1/4 C raw sugar
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 1-1/2 t Cook’s Organic Maple Extract
- 2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350° F. Whisk together crushed wheat and baking powder. In a large bowl, mix raw sugar, butter, and maple extract. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in crushed wheat mixture. Spread into a greased 9″ square pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, 27-32 minutes. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Delicious Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

Prep: 10 min Bake: 30 min Makes: 24 squares
Ingredients:
- 2 C Our Fathers Foods Crushed Wheat 1
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t Redmond Real Salt
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1 C raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 t Cook’s Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1 C canned pumpkin puree
- 1-1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325º F. Generously grease 9″x13″ pan. Add crushed wheat, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until well-combined. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Beat in pumpkin. Add dry mixture to the wet and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from the pan and the center is set (toothpick inserted in the center should be clean). Cool completely before cutting.
Nacho Snack Mix

Prep: 10 min Bake: 2 hours +cooling Makes: 4 quarts
Ingredients:
- 4 C crisp rice cereal squares
- 1 package (4-1/2 oz) organic crisp cheese ball snacks
- 3 C organic corn chips
- 2 C organic pretzels
- 1 C organic cheddar flavored snack crackers
- 2 T Rosebud’s Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1/2 C butter, melted
Preheat oven to 200º F. In a large bowl, combine the 1st 5 ingredients. Spread in 2 ungreased 15″x10″x1″ pans. Combine taco seasoning, oil, and butter. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Bake for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool in pans on wire racks. Store in airtight containers.
